Tracy is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor. Tracy holds a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling and a bachelor’s degree in Life Coaching from Liberty University.

She is committed to provide the highest level of care to individuals and couples facing issues such as anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, mood disorders, emotional abuse, self-harm, trauma, stress, bipolar disorder, chronic illness, ADHD, coping skills, life coaching, self-esteem, woman’s issues, parenting, peer relationships, marriage, divorce, infidelity, military life and navigating life’s many transitions. Tracy’s therapeutic approach is marked by a strong focus on communication and boundaries, recognizing their pivotal role in fostering healthier relationships and personal growth.

Tracy is trained with integrating Christianity into the therapy process if requested. Tracy has undertaken specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, equipping her with invaluable tools for helping clients overcome traumatic experiences.

In addition, she has completed Level 1 training in the Gottman Method through the Gottman Institute for couples therapy, allowing her to strengthen relationships and build better communication skills. Tracy’s passion shines through in the special interest in affair recovery, where she provides a safe and empathetic space for individuals and couples to heal, rebuild trust, and fulfill relationships.

Through her own story Tracy has developed a passion for working with individuals and couples to overcome the barriers that get in life’s way to find calmer waters. As a military spouse, she understands the challenges related to military life. Tracy has been married for 25+ years and has two grown children. She has a love for family, reading, and animals.
